Business Operations Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. In charge of managing logistics-related issues, such as the import and customs declaration of items shipped from the headquarters to the Vietnam;

2. Following the arrival of the items, internal system processing;

3. Process customer deliveries in accordance with sales requirements;

4. Handle communication with government for certification application;

5. Check and submit payment for shipping cost, and control shipping cost;

6. Maintain a product database including VN HS code, SAP code, and Vietnamese product description;

7. Issue VAT invoice and send to customers.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor or higher degree, majoring in international trade or other similar fields, or those with warehousing and logistics expertise;

3. Proficient in Chinese and Vietnamese, which are both workable languages, in hearing, speaking, reading, and writing;

4. Be familiar with the SAP system, Office system, and international trade procedures;

5. Effective coordination and communication abilities;

6. Be proactive, have a sense of teamwork and service orientation, and have the ability to endure pressure.

7. Have work experience with related security and surveillance products.
