YOUR NEW ROLE AT CODE LEAP
CODE LEAP is seeking a hands-on Business Operations (intern/fresher/junior/associate) to support the accuracy and smooth day-to-day running of our internal and client-facing operations.
In this role, you will primarily work on billing support, invoice tracking, contract rules, and account administration, ensuring records are accurate, consistent, and up to date. You will also assist with basic operational communication and documentation to support clarity and professionalism in how we work with clients and internal teams.
This is a learning-first role we'll provide the training on the technical and operational foundations, and you bring curiosity, reliability, and strong attention to detail.
YOUR EXCITING TASKS
Invoicing & Billing
- Prepare and issue invoices; track payment status and follow up on overdue items
- Record and maintain invoice data accurately in internal systems
Contract-Specific Billing Rules
- Apply client-specific billing terms (limits, discounts, special conditions)
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with the agreed-upon billing rules
Account & Project Operations Support
- Maintain accurate client and project records
- Support basic budget tracking and internal reporting
- Coordinate operational handoffs between delivery teams and client-facing stakeholders
- Update internal trackers and operational dashboards
Marketing Support
- Manage scheduled posts across LinkedIn, website, Facebook, and Instagram
Operations Governance & Improvement
- Maintain confidentiality of financial data, budgets, and client agreements
- Propose small, practical improvements to billing, CRM, and outreach workflows
YOUR PROFILE AND YOUR PERSONALITY
- Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Basic accounting literacy (invoicing, debits/credits, simple budget tracking); no formal accounting certification required
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy; able to detect inconsistencies
- Basic project awareness and organizational skills
- Pragmatic mindset with enough creativity to support simple marketing and communication tasks
- High level of trustworthiness; comfortable handling confidential financial and client information
- Motivated, curious, and open to learning with structured guidance
- Fluent in English communication
Nice to Have
- Experience with CRM or ATS tools, Google Workspace, CMS (e.g. WordPress), or social scheduling tools
- Previous internship or work exposure in business operations, account support
