- Partner with the CEO to analyze business performance, identify improvement opportunities, and support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and enhance internal management systems, digital tools, workflows, and KPI frameworks across key functions, including Finance, HR, Sales, Import–Export, and Operations.
- Consolidate, analyze, and interpret business data to prepare management reports, financial summaries, dashboards, and presentations for the CEO and Board of Directors.
- Support financial planning activities, including budgeting, cash flow monitoring, profitability analysis, and performance tracking.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve operational efficiency, optimize resources, reduce costs, and enhance business growth.
- Participate in strategic planning, new projects, investment initiatives, and business development opportunities.
- Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure effective execution of company initiatives and alignment with strategic goals.
- Lead cross-functional problem-solving efforts to identify risks, resolve operational challenges, and improve organizational effectiveness.
- Represent or communicate on behalf of the CEO with internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders when required.
- Support the CEO and Board of Directors on special projects and strategic assignments.
Executive & Administrative Support
- Manage the CEO's schedule, meetings, priorities, and time management effectively.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentation materials, and reports; attend meetings, record minutes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up.
- Arrange travel plans, logistics, and business schedules for the CEO, international guests, and business partners.
- Manage executive-level guest relations, including hospitality arrangements, corporate gifts, and formal communications.
- Prepare and review official documents, contracts, reports, and corporate communications as assigned.
- Manage corporate communication channels, including company website, social media platforms, and PR-related activities to maintain a professional corporate image.
Job Requirements
Education & Experience
- Female candidates preferred.
- Age range: 35–45 years old.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, import–export, business operations, or executive-level management support.
- Experience in ERP implementation, process improvement, or digital transformation projects is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of import–export operations, contracts, and business processes.
