Job Description

Sales Support Activities

  • Prepare and provide essential materials such as brochures, catalogs, and presentations for the Sales team to facilitate customer consultations.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating sales documentation, product information, and customer databases.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication.

Administrative Tasks

  • Overseeing daily office operations to ensure efficiency and organization.
  • Greeting customers and other visitors and directing them to offices and meeting rooms.
  • Performing clerical tasks, such as recording contracts, transactions, handover records and other general office files related to the company's operations.
  • Tracking, replenishing and ordering office supplies to avoid interruptions.
  • Daily receive, send, manage and store letters, documents and goods from/to partners.
  • Support any additional tasks assigned by the Manager.

Marketing & Communication Support

  • Event Coordination: Support the execution of marketing events, trade shows, webinars, and promotional activities.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Current university student, preferably in business, marketing, or related field
  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese (speaking and writing)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented with ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
