Job Description

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

1.      支持業務和市場推廣:協助制定銷售策略,推廣技術解決方案,並執行高效的市場推廣活動。

2.      編譯及翻譯文件:編輯和翻譯文件中文 -越文、越文-英文、製作報價單、账单和发票、起草合同,並根據公司和客戶要求處理相關文件。

3.      管理項目進度:檢查並更新内部CRM系統中的項目進度,確保信息準確且及時。

4.      客戶支持:與售前团队合作解決項目中出現的問題,必要時為國際客戶提供口譯支持。

5.      組織項目會議:協調並組織相關部門之間的項目進度和策略討論會議。.

6.      處理客戶反饋:接收、分析並解決客戶反饋的問題,確保客戶滿意度最大化。

7.      聯繫合作夥伴:根據上級指示,協助與國內外合作夥伴建立聯繫。

8.      公司要求的其他相关工作。

 

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.      Business and Marketing Support: Collaborate in developing sales strategies, promoting technology solutions, and implementing effective marketing campaigns.

2.      Document Drafting and Translation: Translating and interpreting documents between Chinese and Vietnamese, English and Vietnamese, preparing quotations billings and invoices, drafting contracts, and processing related documents according to company procedures and client requirements.

3.      Project progress management: Check and update project progress on the internal CRM system, ensuring accurate and timely information.

4.      Customer Support: Coordinate with the SA department to resolve issues arising on the project, and provide translation support in communication with international customers when needed.

5.      Project Meetings: Coordinate and organize meetings between relevant departments to discuss project progress and strategy.

6.      Handling customer feedback: Receiving, analyzing, and resolving customer issues to ensure maximum satisfaction.

7.      Partner Networking: Support the establishment of connections with domestic and international partners as directed by superiors.

8.      Other related tasks as required by Company.

 

Job requirements

•        Degree in Foreign Trade, Marketing, Business Administration, Business English, Technology or relevant fields.

•        At least two years of experience in business, sales support, or translation (candidates with experience in the IT/Cloud computing industry or with international clients are preferred).

•         Proficiency in Chinese and English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) is essential for working with international partners;

•        Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

•        Proficient in office software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

•        Ability to negotiate well with customers and suppliers.

•        Careful, honest, able to work under high pressure and meet deadlines.
