The Mission
We are looking for a heavy-hitting Business Operations Director to architect and optimize the operational backbone of our global gaming ecosystem. As we scale across international markets, you will be responsible for turning strategic goals into seamless, high-efficiency workflows. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on eliminating operational friction and ensuring our multi-region teams perform at an elite level.
Core Responsibilities
- Operational Strategy & Scaling: Develop and execute business strategies that support rapid global expansion. Identify and act on opportunities to improve productivity and organizational scalability.
- Process Architecture: Design and implement elite workflows across all departments. Establish a rigorous KPI framework to monitor and hit operational effectiveness targets.
- Cross-Functional Orchestration: Align goals between Product, Tech, Marketing, and Customer Operations. Act as the primary bridge to ensure leadership initiatives are executed without silos.
- Performance & Risk Management: Monitor departmental KPIs and provide deep operational insights to senior leadership. Proactively identify and mitigate operational risks.
- Global Coordination: Manage the synergy between international teams and regional offices, ensuring smooth operations as we enter new markets.
- Leadership & Culture: Build and mentor a high-performing Business Operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and radical efficiency.
Requirements (Must-Have)
- Experience: 810+ years in Business Operations or Strategy roles.
- Industry Domain: Proven track record in Online Gaming, Digital Entertainment, or high-growth tech sectors.
- Global Exposure: Extensive experience managing complex operations across multiple regions or international environments.
- Technical Skills: Expert understanding of operational frameworks, data-driven performance management, and scaling organizational processes.
- Soft Skills: Strong strategic thinking, high-level stakeholder management, and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

- Experience managing large-scale operational teams in international digital product environments.
- Familiarity with scaling player operations and global digital platforms.
