BUSINESS & MARKETING ASSISTANT Reporting to: Founder & Marketing Manager Time Allocation: Marketing (60%) and Business Operations (40%) Location: District 1, Ho Chi Minh City
I. JOB SUMMARY The Business & Marketing Assistant plays a vital role in maintaining and growing our brands: Central Parc Bánh Mì, Propaganda Delivery, and Au Parc. This position is responsible for executing marketing plans to drive revenue while also working hand-in-hand with the Leader to monitor product quality and handle business issues.
II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Marketing (60%)
A. Brand Management - Central Parc Bánh Mì
- Product Development: Collaborate closely with the Chef to research and develop new seasonal/quarterly products.
- Content Planning & Execution: Plan and execute monthly social media content strategies.
- Quality & Revenue Monitoring: Track product quality and sales performance closely; proactively propose and implement action plans if issues arise with products or revenue.
B. Brand Management - Propaganda (Delivery channels)
- Content Planning & Execution: Plan and execute monthly social content aimed at boosting delivery channel sales.
- Revenue Tracking: Monitor revenue across all delivery channels, evaluate performance, and formulate action plans to address any drops or issues.
C. Brand Support - Au Parc
- Marketing Campaign Support: Assist the Marketing Manager in rolling out restaurant campaigns and events; coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth information flow and flawless operation.
- Product Collaboration: Work alongside the Chef and Restaurant Manager to brainstorm ideas and concepts for new menu offerings.
2. Business & Operations Support (40%)
- Executive Support: Work directly and hand-in-hand with the Leader to assist in handling daily operational issues and challenges across the restaurants (Au Parc, Propaganda, The Refinery, Parc Catering).
- Problem Solving: Act as a bridge between departments to help troubleshoot and resolve operational roadblocks under the guidance of the Leader.
III. JOB REQUIREMENTS
Experience:
- Previous experience in the F&B industry, Marketing, or as an Operations/Brand Assistant.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong F&B marketing mindset with the ability to plan monthly social content.
- Basic capability to read and analyze business metrics (revenue, sales performance, delivery channel data).
- Excellent communication and internal coordination skills — collaborating smoothly with kitchen staff, restaurant managers, and departments.
- Degree in Marketing or equivalent practical experience.
- Genuine passion for food and beverage, with a strong interest in culinary trends.
Other requirements:
- Experience in cooking or recipe development is a plus.
- Flexible hours.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy F&B environment.
