Who We Are Looking For:
Drive sales growth and client development for our medical communication and healthcare marketing services. You are the primary contact for pharmaceutical and healthcare clients — from identifying opportunities to closing deals and ensuring delivery quality.
What Impact You Will Make:
Sales & Business Development
- Prospect, pitch, and close new business with pharmaceutical and healthcare companies (MNCs and local).
- Build and manage a pipeline that meets revenue targets and KPIs.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Develop compelling proposals that match client marketing and medical communication needs.
Client Consultation
- Act as a strategic consultant — understand client challenges and recommend the right service mix.
- Lead client meetings and presentations with confidence.
- Present and sell across our full service portfolio: medical content (newsletters, posters, scientific papers, editorial, education modules), digital solutions (eDMs, banner ads, websites, video, social), and events (symposiums, CME, webinars).
Internal Collaboration
- Brief and align with project, medical writing, and creative teams to deliver on client expectations.
- Provide market feedback to help sharpen service offerings and proposals.
- Report sales performance and pipeline status to the Sales Head.
What Skills and Experience You Will Bring:
- At least 3-5 years working in communications agency, pharmaceutical industry, and equivalent environment.
- Proven Sales / marketing experience.
- Strong strategic acumen in helping clients with their business and work with internal team to develop strategic plans.
- Good at digital content, digital marketing tool and KPI management.
- Excellent in communication, presentation, and meeting facilitation in English and local languages as this role will be communicate with APAC team members and local clients.
- Agile learner with ability to adapt quickly.
- Must have a positive attitude and passionate about helping medical community.
