Job Description

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Business Performance Tracking & Insights

  • Own daytoday tracking of Payments / Transaction Banking domain goals, KPIs, and functional scorecards.
  • Convert insights into recommended actions and follow up to ensure closure.
  • Support Preparation of weekly/monthly/quarterly performance packs for Executives

2. Presentation & Executive Communication

  • Create high-quality executive-level presentations to support Payments / Transaction Banking Domains where required
  • Consolidate input from multiple teams into coherent, compelling storytelling.
  • Produce visuals, dashboards, and slides that clearly communicate insights and priorities.
  • Ensure messaging consistency across departments and global sites.
  • Manage communications for the Executive

3. PMO Governance & Operational Discipline

  • Establish and maintain governance mechanisms for critical leadership routines.
  • Ensure cadence, structure, documentation, and followthrough for executive meetings.
  • Standardise templates, dashboards, and reporting formats to enhance clarity and control.
  • Track progress, blockers, decisions, and interdependencies across executive portfolios.
  • Drive crossfunctional alignment through structured communication and stakeholder coordination.

4. Strategic Initiative Management

  • Lead planning, tracking, and execution support for strategic initiatives, which will often be department wide
  • Monitor project milestones, budgets (where applicable), risks, and issue remediation.
  • Coordinate with initiative leads across functions to ensure accurate updates and timely delivery.
  • Assess cross-functional risks, propose mitigation plans, and escalate where needed.
  • Support Workforce Planning and Management

5. Process Improvement, Engagement & Ways of Working

  • Design and implement improved operating rhythms, workflows, and PMO processes.
  • Identify gaps or inefficiencies in current processes, structures, or governance.
  • Facilitate global townhalls, leadership visits, engagement activities, and internal communications.
  • Create consistency in messaging, visuals, branding, and site-level cultural initiatives.
  • Support organisational change management, including new ways of working and process rollouts.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Essential capabilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, Management, Finance, or related fields.
  • 5-10 yrs of experience in project management, PMO, consulting, transformation, operations, or strategy roles.
  • Strong PMO capabilities: project planning, risk management, reporting, governance, and delivery follow-through.
  • Demonstrated experience working with senior stakeholders and managing cross-functional initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong presentation development (PowerPoint, storytelling).
  • High analytical ability with experience working with KPIs, performance metrics, and dashboards.
  • Strong organisational skills, with proven ability to manage multiple workstreams under pressure.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with ambiguity and constant change.

Preferred capabilities:

  • Consulting background is a strong advantage.
  • Experience in working overseas (Australia, etc.) is preferred
  • Experience in digital transformation, enterprise operations, tech, or banking is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Waterfall methodologies
  • Highly structured, disciplined, and reliable in execution.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management with ability to influence without authority.
  • Data-driven, insightful, and comfortable making recommendations.
  • Strong sense of ownership, resilience, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Able to balance strategic thinking with operational detail.
  • Professional presence and confidence when partnering with senior executives.
