  • Industry: Business Consulting (Law/Tax firm)
  • Headquarter: Switzerland - Asia Pacific: Hong Kong base
  • Working location: Vietcombank Tower, Tran Hung Dao, District 1, HCMC
  • Working time: Monday Friday (flexible, client-facing & business travel as required)
  • Report:Direct report to: General Manager Vietnam & CEO Asia Pacific

Round 2: CEO Asia Pacific Online or Offline

Position Overview

Business Manager Global will be a senior individual contributor responsible for opening and leading a new business desk in Vietnam, focusing on business development, and client (especially Japanese, European, and North American investors) more effectively.

You will act as a front-facing commercial leader, leveraging the company's C-level network, cross-border expertise, and flexible corporate structuring solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Market Expansion

  • Develop and execute a market entry and desk expansion plan for Vietnam
  • Acquire new B2B clients through:
  • Business events, seminars, networking sessions
  • Chambers of Commerce, industry associations
  • Direct outreach to founders, CEOs, CFOs, regional directors
  • Position the company as a cost-effective, agile, and well-connected consulting partner

Client Advisory (Commercial Focus)

  • Act as a trusted advisor to foreign investors entering or operating in Vietnam
  • Introduce and coordinate the company's services
  • Work closely with internal specialists to ensure smooth client onboarding and execution

Stakeholder Management

  • Maintain close alignment with:
  • GM Vietnam (operational & strategic priorities)
  • CEO APAC (regional strategy & key accounts)
  • Represent the company in high-level client meetings and strategic discussions

Candidate Profile Must Have

Background & Experience

  • Must have 3 YOE strong in B2B business development experience with background in one or more of the following:

1/ Tax / Accounting

2/ Business Consulting

3/ HR Services

4/ Immigration / Corporate Services

  • Experience working with foreign investors, MNCs, or regional HQs
  • Vietnam experience is NOT mandatory

Profile & Style

  • Nationality: North American or European
  • Strong client-facing, networking-driven personality
  • High energy, proactive, hunter mindset
  • Comfortable operating independently and building something from zero
  • Working style aligned with GM Vietnam: empowered, supportive, decisive

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: Up to 3,800 USD basic/ month (excluding any bonus, commission)
  • 13th month salary
  • Commission: 10%/rev
  • Work permit & TRC: fully sponsored
