In this role, you will play a pivotal role in uncovering hidden patterns and trends within our data, translating them into actionable insights that inform business decisions across the organization.
Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilitie
- sPartner with stakeholders across various departments (Product, Marketing, Sales, Engineer) to understand their data needs and translate them into a clear and concise analysis plan
- .Own data and data quality, raise the bar in data reliability. Using SQL, Python, and other relevant tools to extract, clean, transform and maintain data pipelines to ensure the smooth flow of data
- .Maintain a clear data schema and data vocabulary. Make sure data, metrics and reports are easily accessible and reliable
- .Define, monitor, and own core product/business metrics and success indicators (DAU, retention, engagement, conversion, etc.)
- .Conduct exploratory and deep-dive analysis to uncover user behavior patterns, product opportunities, and operational bottlenecks
- .Translate insights into actionable recommendations and business consultation for product teams, growth initiatives, and monetization strategies
- .Proactively communicate and support end-users to ensure they understand data, metrics and reports
- .Lead and drive data usage adoption in the entire product development process and marketing campaign lifecycle, from identifying problems/opportunities to brainstorming solutions, implementing strategies, and reporting outcomes
