The Business Intelligence Team at Sieu Viet Group is searching for a Business Intelligence Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in uncovering hidden patterns and trends within our data, translating them into actionable insights that inform business decisions across the organization.
1.Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders across various departments (Product, Marketing, Sales, Engineer) to understand their data needs and translate them into a clear and concise analysis plan.
- Own data and data quality, raise the bar in data reliability. Using SQL, Python, and other relevant tools to extract, clean, transform and maintain data pipelines to ensure the smooth flow of data.
- Maintain a clear data schema and data vocabulary. Make sure data, metrics and reports are easily accessible and reliable.
- Define, monitor, and own core product/business metrics and success indicators (DAU, retention, engagement, conversion, etc.).
- Conduct exploratory and deep-dive analysis to uncover user behavior patterns, product opportunities, and operational bottlenecks.
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations and business consultation for product teams, growth initiatives, and monetization strategies.
- Proactively communicate and support end-users to ensure they understand data, metrics and reports.
- Lead and drive data usage adoption in the entire product development process and marketing campaign lifecycle, from identifying problems/opportunities to brainstorming solutions, implementing strategies, and reporting outcomes.
2.Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in a quantitative or data-oriented field.
- Experience and Knowledge in B2C Product or Job Application Platform would be a plus
- At least 3+ years of experience working as an Analyst with experience in analytics/data science/insights/strategy/BI
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns in large datasets.
- A good understanding of statistical modelling knowledge or any machine learning technique knowledge (such as hypothesis testing, regression, logistic regression, random forest, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data findings to audiences with varying technical backgrounds.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines under pressure
- Advanced working knowledge and hands-on experience in SQL
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in data visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Mixpanel, Metabase, Power BI,...
- Ownership mindset, growth-oriented, and comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
