Key Responsibilities
Business Reporting & Operations
- KPI and Performance Metrics Monitoring: Track, monitor and report on key operational KPIs (GMV, Profit, Margin, Costs) through monthly dashboards and business team reviews; identify achievement rates and highlight potential risks.
- Business Reporting: Prepare monthly P&L and business review reports for presentations to senior stakeholders; analyze variances and provide actionable insights.
- Business Intelligence Reporting: Design, build and maintain Tableau dashboards; troubleshoot data accuracy and ensure real time visibility of KPIs for business teams.
Business Analysis & Strategy
- Data Intelligence: Extract, interpret, and visualize complex datasets to uncover market trends, cost drivers, operational bottlenecks, and revenue growth opportunities.
- Data Storytelling: Present findings to the business team through clear visualizations and highlights key drivers.
- Evidence-Based Planning: Conduct rigorous quantitative analysis to provide actionable recommendations for strategic planning and decision-making.
Regional Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Cross-Functional Work: Coordinate with cross functional teams such as HR, Finance, RD team to gather cost figures, ensure data integrity and timely updates.
Requirements- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 1 years experience in a business analysis role or similar position.
- Experience in the travel industry/e-commerce is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent in English (Korean is a plus)
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI) and business modeling techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
