The Opportunity
As the BI & Master Data Lead at AIG, you will be the strategic architect of our data ecosystem. You will bridge the gap between technical data integrity (Master Data) and actionable business insights (BI), directly influencing C-level decision-making through advanced analytics and data governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Master Data Management (MDM): establish data standards and governance frameworks across ERP, CRM, and BI systems to ensure one version of the truth.
- Business Intelligence: design and optimize automated dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) and oversee Data Warehouse/Data Map construction.
- Strategic Partnership: collaborate with Commercial, Finance, and Planning teams to transform raw data into deep business insights.
- Leadership: manage the data technology roadmap and mentor a team of data specialists.
Requirements
- Experience: 5 - 6 years in Data/BI, including 2+ years in a Lead or Management role.
- Tech stack: expert-level SQL (mandatory), Python/R, and Power BI/Tableau.
- Systems knowledge: deep understanding of ERP structures (SAP, Oracle, or Odoo), ETL processes, and Data Modeling.
- Business Acumen: solid grasp of sales, manufacturing, and demand planning workflows.
- Soft Skills: proficiency in Data Storytelling, critical thinking, and project management.
- Communication: fluent in English (written and verbal) with strong presentation skills to C-suite stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, MIS, or Data Management.
