About the role
- We are looking for a Business Intelligence with strong analytical capabilities and the ability to transform data into actionable insights, supporting decision-making in business and product development.
- The candidate will leverage data and insights, working closely with Product, Marketing, Growth, and Business teams to evaluate performance and improve key metrics across products and business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively gather and synthesize information from Product / Growth / Marketing / Business teams, combined with data analysis to identify issues, clarify problems, and provide insights for evaluating and improving performance
- Collect, process, and analyze data from multiple sources to:
Understand user behavior and how the product is used
Identify trends, issues, and hidden opportunities within the data
- Design and perform analyses to answer specific business questions, including:
User behavior analysis
Funnel and user journey analysis
Performance analysis of growth, marketing, and product activities
- Build analytical frameworks, develop hypotheses, and validate them using data to:
Identify root causes of problems
Evaluate the impact of different factors on business outcomes
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations:
Highlight key issues based on data
Recommend improvements for product, marketing, or operational strategies
- Develop and maintain dashboards and analytical reports:
Standardize metrics and measurement systems
Ensure data is accurate, consistent, and easy to use
- Present analysis results and insights to stakeholders:
Communicate insights clearly and logically
Explain data implications and business impact
- Monitor and evaluate outcomes after implementation, assessing effectiveness based on data
- Proactively propose new analytical approaches to uncover growth opportunities and optimize operations
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant roles (Data Analyst / Business Analyst / Product Analyst) in technology companies or data-driven environments
- Proficiency in tools:
SQL, Excel / Google Sheets
BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, etc.)
- Strong understanding of products and user behavior:
Experience analyzing user behavior, funnel, and retention
Ability to connect data insights with business problems
- Experience working cross-functionally with multiple teams
- Strong ability to structure and communicate insights:
Present analysis clearly and logically
Translate data insights for non-technical stakeholders
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently and collaboratively
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with consumer mobile apps (B2C), particularly in social networking, messaging, or highly interactive products
- Experience with tracking & analytics tools:
- AppsFlyer, Firebase, Insider, etc.
- Strong ability in data visualization and presenting insights via dashboards or slides
- Ability to work with and influence stakeholders, helping teams make data-driven decisions

Working Hours:
• Monday to Friday, with alternating Saturdays (every other week); default work-from-home arrangement.
