About the Role
The role is to help turning commercial, and retail data into useful business insights.
Key Responsibilities
1. BI Development & Visualization
- Build and maintain dashboards to track sales, revenue, cost, inventory, and business performance.
- Design reports that are clear, accurate, and easy for business teams to use.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy across reporting systems.
- Automate reporting pipelines using SQL, Python, ETL tools, or other relevant tools.
- Work with related teams to improve data quality, data availability, and reporting efficiency.
2. Data Analysis & Business Insights
- Analyze retail, commercial, and operational data to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.
- Support business teams in understanding performance drivers behind revenue, margin, inventory, cost, and customer behavior.
- Prepare analysis to answer business questions and support decision-making.
- Monitor key metrics and highlight unusual movements, risks, or opportunities in a timely manner.
Key Requirements
Work Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
- 2+ years of experience in BI, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Financial Reporting, or related roles.
- Experience in retail, pharma, healthcare, e-commerce, or marketplace businesses is preferred.
- Proficient in Power BI, Looker Studio, Excel, or Google Sheets.
- Able to work with large datasets and ensure data accuracy.
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
