Business Intelligence Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze digital commerce performance across multiple platforms.
• Develop reports and dashboards to support business decisions.
• Validate and maintain data quality.
• Deliver actionable insights to improve traffic, conversion, pricing, promotions, and business growth.
• Support monthly business reviews and cross-market analytics projects.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Business Analytics, or Data Analytics.
• Strong analytical skills with experience working with large datasets.
• Proficient in data validation, reporting, and business insights generation.
• Experience in Digital Commerce/E-commerce is an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Good command of English.
