We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst, Supply Chain to support data-driven decision-making through high-quality analytics, reporting, and insights. This role will be a key contributor to SharkNinja's modern analytics roadmap, leveraging Snowflake as the enterprise data platform and the Microsoft Power Platform to deliver scalable, trusted insights across the supply chain.

Here are some of the EXCITING things you'll get to do:
Business Intelligence and Analytics
- Develop, maintain, and enhance business intelligence reports and dashboards to support supply chain decision-making.
- Design and deliver analytics solutions using Power BI, aligned to enterprise standards and best practices.
- Analyze operational, finance, and supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Translate complex data into clear insights, visualizations, and narratives for business stakeholders.
ERP, Data Platform, and Systems Integration
- Work with data sourced from ERP platforms (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and related supply chain systems (PLM, SRM, logistics).
- Leverage curated datasets within Snowflake to support scalable and reliable analytics.
- Support reconciliation between ERP transactional data and analytics datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Partner with IT and Data Engineering teams to understand data models, pipelines, and transformations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration and Stakeholder Support
- Partner with Supply Chain, Finance, Trade Compliance, and Operations teams to align metrics and reporting needs.
- Support recurring business reviews and ad-hoc analysis requests with timely, accurate insights.
- Act as a trusted analytics partner by proactively identifying opportunities for performance improvement.
Data Quality, Governance, and Automation
- Identify data quality issues and support root-cause analysis in partnership with business and IT teams.
- Contribute to standardized metrics, definitions, and documentation to support enterprise data governance.
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual, Excel-based reporting through Power Query and Power Automate solutions.
You are Expected:
- 36 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or reporting roles.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI and the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Experience working with ERP data (Oracle, SAP, or similar) in an analytics or reporting context.
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills; experience working with large, complex datasets.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
Education/Certifications/Affiliations
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field.
Travel Requirements
- Be flexible for domestic and international travel.
