We are hiring a Business Intelligence Analyst to raise the standard of supply chain reporting and decision-making through world-class Power BI dashboards and visual storytelling. Here are some of the EXCITING things you'll get to do:
- Own the design and delivery of high-impact Power BI dashboards supporting supply chain execution and leadership reporting.
- Translate complex datasets into clear KPI storytelling using drill-through, tooltips, bookmarks, and role-based views (exec vs operator).
- Build dashboards that are visually clean, intuitive, performance-optimized, and aligned to enterprise standards.
- Analyze operational and financial performance to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunitiesturning data into clear insights, not just charts.
- Support weekly/monthly business reviews with reliable reporting, strong narrative interpretation, and actionable recommendations.
- Work with data from ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, or similar) and supply chain platforms (PLM, SRM, logistics), leveraging curated datasets in Snowflake.
- Partner with IT and Data Engineering to align reporting requirements to data models, pipelines, and refresh reliability.
- Identify data quality issues impacting reporting and drive resolution through structured root-cause analysis.
- Reduce manual Excel-based reporting through standardized datasets, Power Query, and automation.
You are Expected:
- 36 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or reporting roles.
- Strong Power BI experience with clear examples of dashboard design and visualization work.
- Strong SQL capability and comfort working with large, complex datasets.
- Experience working with ERP or operational systems data.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Strong visualization design capability (layout, hierarchy, KPI design, usability).
- DAX measures and Power BI modeling fundamentals (relationships, measures vs calculated columns, time intelligence).
- Experience publishing and supporting dashboards in Power BI Service (workspaces, refresh schedules, permissions).
- Experience building reporting for supply chain functions (Procurement, Manufacturing, Planning, Logistics, Supplier Performance).
- Ability to translate stakeholder needs into structured requirements and scalable reporting solutions.
Education/Certifications/Affiliations
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field.
