ABOUT THE JOB
- Analyze large-scale datasets to track market trends, distribution coverage, and competitor movements.
- Conduct multi-dimensional analysis to identify performance gaps and business opportunities.
- Deliver ad-hoc analyses on pricing, promotion ROI, and productivity, structuring findings for business stakeholders.
- Design and deploy interactive Power BI dashboards, defining KPI frameworks and metric structures.
- Serve as a BI partner for multiple business functions, translating data requests into standardized reports.
- Guide junior BI analysts and provide feedback on analytical outputs.
- Train employees on Power BI and analytics best practices.
- Build and maintain ETL pipelines (SQL, Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric) integrating data from SAP, DMS, SharePoint, and market data platforms.
- Conduct regular data audits and validation to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with business and consulting teams to support analytical needs.
- Support data preparation and synthesis for strategic reviews and management presentations.
- Participate in cross-functional analytics projects.
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and ETL tools (Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric).
- Experience with large-scale datasets and data sources such as SAP, DMS, and market data platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Experience designing and deploying dashboards and reports for multiple business functions.
- Knowledge of data warehouse design, data validation, and quality management.
- Ability to guide and mentor junior analysts.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally.
- Good English communication.
- Mastering generative AI tools for improving day-to-day productivity is a plus.
