Job Brief:
We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst (Finance) to drive the automation of our financial reporting. This role focuses on converting raw data into accurate, insightful dashboards that support regional growth and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analytics Infrastructure: Design, build, and maintain scalable data models and automated Power BI dashboards to monitor and report key financial metrics.
- Data Transformation: Write complex, optimized SQL queries to extract and transform data from our regional warehouses, ensuring 100% data accuracy.
- Regional Collaboration: Partner closely with finance leaders and business stakeholders across Southeast Asia to standardize financial reporting and deliver ad-hoc analytical support.
- Strategic Insights & Impact: Analyze financial trends, variances, and performance drivers to identify operational efficiencies and provide actionable, data-driven recommendations to leadership.
What You'll Bring:
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of SQL. Advanced experience in Power BI (DAX, Power Query). Familiarity with data warehousing concepts is essential.
- Communication: Fluent in English. Able to explain technical findings clearly to finance, operations, and leadership teams.
- Agility: Quick to pick up new systems and tools. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
- Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in e-commerce or a high-growth scale-up environment is highly preferred.
- Educational Background: Degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Science, or a related analytical field.
