Responsibilities
Business & Brand Solutions
• Work closely with the Social Commerce GM to develop and deliver tailored service solutions for brand partners
• Lead solution design and go-to-market strategy across Planning & Solutions, Affiliate/Influencers, Livestream, and Media/Video
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across commercial brand accounts to maximize service wallet share
• Translate brand business objectives into executable, multi-service strategies that drive measurable outcomes
• Act as a senior solutions advisor to both commercial brand partners and purely service-based clients
P&L Ownership
• Own and manage the full P&L for all service lines, covering both commercial brand accounts and purely service-based brand clients
• Drive service revenue across Planning & Solutions, Affiliate/Influencers, Livestream, and Media/Video, with accountability for both top-line and margin
• Set and track monthly, quarterly, and annual financial targets for each service pillar and client segment
• Identify cost inefficiencies and implement corrective actions to protect and improve service margin
• Report P&L performance to the Social Commerce GM with clear analysis, variance explanations, and forward-looking recommendations
Revenue Growth & NMV Contribution
• Drive Net Merchandise Value (NMV) contribution, with a focus on the top 20 commercial brand accounts
• Develop and execute service revenue growth plans by service type and client segment, aligned with company targets
• Build scalable, competitive service packages and pricing frameworks that improve both win rate and margin
• Collaborate with the Business Development team to convert new prospects into long-term pure service clients
• Ensure service revenue contribution is tracked and optimized across both commercial brand clients and purely service-based accounts
Cross-Service Implementation & Execution
• Ensure smooth and consistent delivery of services across all four pillars (Planning, Affiliate, Livestream, Media/Video)
• Define and enforce service standards, SLAs, and quality benchmarks for each service team
• Act as the escalation point for complex cross-service delivery issues, resolving them with speed and accountability
• Work with Commercial and Service Heads to streamline workflows, reduce bottlenecks, and improve client satisfaction
People Leadership & Capability Building
• Lead, coach, and develop the Service leads and account managers across all four service pillars
• Build a high-performance culture focused on commercial accountability, client centricity, and continuous improvement
• Define clear KPIs and performance expectations for each team; conduct regular reviews and development conversations
• Attract and retain top commercial talent; partner with HR on succession planning for key service roles
Qualifications
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus
- 12-15 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or performance-driven commercial roles
- Minimum 3–5 years in a leadership role with direct P&L ownership
- Demonstrated track record of growing service revenue and managing multi-service commercial portfolios
- Preferred experience working with adtech publishers or agencies, particularly within the ad operations domain
- Familiarity with at least two of the four service areas: Affiliate/Influencer marketing, Livestream commerce, Media/Video production, or Campaign Planning

- Solutions Design - able to structure and present integrated multi-service proposals for complex brand needs

- People Leadership - experience managing and developing diverse, multi-functional teams
- Communication - strong presentation and negotiation skills; comfortable operating in English and Vietnamese
