YOUR MISSIONDrive Direct Brand Revenue- Own and grow revenue from major brands & key accounts in Vietnam (and regionally when applicable).
- Hunt, pitch, negotiate, and close high-value advertising deals directly with brand marketing & media teams.
- Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting pitching closing execution tracking performance review.
Build Strategic Client Relationships- Act as the senior business partner for top brands.
- Consult clients on media strategy and campaign optimization on AWING platforms.
- Develop long-term partnerships and repeat revenue streams.
WHO YOU ARE- 57+ years of experience selling advertising/media solutions directly to brands.
- Proven track record managing big accounts & large revenue portfolios.
- Strong network across FMCG, Tech, Banking, Telco, E-commerce, or Enterprise brands.
- Deep understanding of marketing strategy, media planning, and digital campaign execution.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and strategic consulting skills.
- Senior mindset: independent, decisive, and able to drive business impact at leadership level.
