Responsibilities:
Project Management & Operations (60%)
- Develop go-to-market plans for new commercial features of Zalo;
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Planner, Product, and Zalo Ads teams to drive the video-commerce ecosystem;
- Work with the Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to update and roll out new features of Zalo Video;
- Contribute to building and maintaining a partner database and provide periodic reports to the BD team;
- Operate and coordinate commercial projects or events for creators and brands;
- Manage project timelines, report outcomes, and propose quarterly/annual growth plans.
Business Development (20%)
- Develop packages and partnership policies for partners;
- Propose and implement new revenue models;
- Negotiate and manage partnerships to ensure mutual effectiveness and performance.
Market & Data Analysis (20%)
- Research short-form video trends, user behavior, and monetization models in the market;
- Support the collection and visualization of performance data (views, engagement, CTR, revenue, ROI);
- Participate in evaluating campaign performance and propose improvements for partnership activities;
- Analyze market trends in short-form video platforms and monetization models (e.g., TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Reels);
- Collaborate with the Product team to propose insights, features, or product packages that increase retention, engagement, and monetization;
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness, track user growth metrics, revenue performance, and brand impact (brand lift).
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- E-commerce Expertise: Strong understanding of the e-commerce and digital commerce ecosystem, with hands-on experience working with online merchants or brands;
- Strong Industry Network: Proven ability to build and leverage relationships with merchants or partners, with solid negotiation skills to secure impactful partnerships and quick wins;
- Platform Experience: Prior experience working at major digital platforms such as Shopee or TikTok is a strong advantage.
