Primary Focus – Vendor Acquisition/Business Development (70%)
• Own the acquisition and development of key client brands for Cross-Border TikTokShop US.
• Lead collaboration with logistics, fulfillment, payment, social commerce marketing , and technology partners to structure pricing models and client quotations.
• Drive commercial discussions, negotiations, and partnership structuring with external clients/partners.
• Build, manage, and prioritize a high-quality pipeline of clients/partners and opportunities aligned with business growth.
Project Setup & Business Model Development (Initial Phase - 30%)
• Actively participate in cross-functional project teams during the setup phase of cross-border initiatives.
• Work with Business, Operations, Marketing SOCOM, and Finance teams to design, validate, and refine cross-border business models.
• Ensure partner readiness and smooth transition from project setup to operational execution.
• After model stabilization, transition to full ownership of Vendor Acquisition/Business Development
Requirements:
• 3–6 years of experience in Business Development, Vendor Acquisition, Partnerships, or related roles.
• Proven experience working with external clients/partners and building commercial models or quotations.
• Background in Cross-Border eCommerce, Social Commerce, or TikTok ecosystem is a strong advantage.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage stakeholders across internal and external teams.
• Proficient in English (for working with international partners).
• Self-driven, results-oriented, comfortable building from zero to one and operating in fast-paced, evolving environments.
