About this role
Starting from your first day, you will be mapping the Vietnamese Introducing Broker (IB) landscape, calling every major IB you know from your career at other brokers, and pitching The company commission advantage. Your existing network is your single most important asset for this role.
Role Description
- Network Build: Execute an aggressive IB acquisition strategy. Recruit and close active IBs.
- Competitor IB Mapping: Map the Vietnamese IB landscape systematically — identify the top 200 IBs currently working with competitors. Build a targeting and outreach plan.
- Commission Structure: Design and manage the commission programme. Own the financial modelling of commission costs vs. FTD revenue.
- Onboarding & Training: Build the onboarding programme: portal walk-through, marketing toolkit delivery, commission explanation, and first-90-days support plan.
- Marketing Toolkit: Coordinate with the marketing team to produce a comprehensive IB toolkit: Vietnamese co-branded landing pages, banner sets (all sizes), video scripts, and educational trading guides for IBs to share.
- Events: Host monthly online IB webinars and quarterly in-person IB mixer events in HCMC. Position these as networking and training events, not sales pitches.
- Retention: Monitor all active IB performance monthly. Identify at-risk IBs before they churn. Execute retention campaigns and personal outreach for top-tier IBs.
- Sub-IB Network: Enable and incentivise IBs to build their own sub-IB referral chains, creating a network multiplier effect. Track and pay sub-IB override commissions accurately.
Role Requirement:
- Have 3–5 years IB management or partner sales at a CFD/forex broker operating in Vietnam
- Deep intelligence on the Vietnamese IB ecosystem: who the major players are, which communities they run, and their current broker relationships
- Experience managing IB portals, commission payment reconciliation, and lot volume reporting
- Experience designing or managing multi-tier commission structures
- Elite relationship management and negotiation — IBs are business partners, not clients
- Commercial acumen: models the revenue impact of IB commission decisions before committing
- Network intelligence: knows the community dynamics, group admins, and key influencers in VN trading
