About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated professional to support our business operations and community growth in Vietnam. This role requires strong communication skills in Vietnamese and Chinese, along with the ability to engage with local communities, partners, and customers.
You will play a key role in representing zBit in the local market, supporting business expansion, and ensuring smooth communication between teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily VietnameseChinese communication, including oral interpretation and written translation.
- Assist in the growth, management, and execution of Vietnamese social media and community channels.
- Support collaboration with local media, MCNs, communities, KOLs, and partner organizations in Vietnam.
- Represent zBit in offline events, community activities, and promotional campaigns.
- Assist in handling initial customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when required.
- Support administrative tasks such as company registration coordination, local regulatory information tracking, and reporting.
- Assist internal teams with market insights and operational support related to Vietnam.
Job Requirement :
- Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and Vietnamese.
- Proficient in English reading and writing.
- Bachelor's degree required; graduates from QS Asia-ranked universities will be an advantage.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; internship or work experience in blockchain, fintech, or digital assets is a plus.
- Experience in managing social media platforms or online communities (especially blockchain-related) is preferred.
- Experience in content creation, live streaming, or collaboration with financial KOLs/influencers is an advantage.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup-driven environment.
