Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities by researching potential customers, markets, and decision-makers within target organizations
  • Support management in driving sales growth through lead generation, customer follow-ups, and pipeline development
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to enhance satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term partnerships
  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries, including urgent or sensitive issues
  • Collaborate with sales teams to evaluate account potential and contribute to strategic sales planning
  • Identify and support up-selling opportunities across the product and service portfolio
  • Apply structured approaches to assess market needs and align solutions with customer requirements
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, including the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and security practices
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support business growth objectives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 - 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related function.
  • Strong understanding of business development strategies, including new product development and portfolio management.
  • Proven ability to identify, develop, and grow business opportunities.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong communication and relationship management capabilities.
