Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Specialist with familiarty with consulting services in urban development, climate resilience, geospatial solutions, and other related areas of consulting that comprise the portfolio of the firm. The position is at the office located in Ty H, Hanoi, Vietnam, with the expectation that a considerable time may be spent out of the office.

The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, expaning and developing new business contacts and relationships, conducting market research to understand industry trends, generating leads, and maintaining excellent client relationships. The role will also involve preparing business proposals, collaborating with internal teams to deliver customized solutions, and assisting in building a robust network to achieve organizational growth objectives. The applicant must be familar with developing business opportunities in the consulting services

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends and identify potential opportunities
  • Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and internal teams
  • Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research to drive client acquisition and expand market presence
  • Customer Service skills to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and other relevant software is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in business development or sales, preferably in consulting, information technology, or urban planning domains
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in English and Vietnamese (both written and spoken) is required
