Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze business performance data, handle operational data requests, and perform related system operations.
• Support the execution of key projects and follow up on critical tasks to ensure smooth implementation.
• Act as a communication bridge between management and business teams, facilitating cross-functional collaboration and information alignment.
• Continuously optimize operational processes and collaboration mechanisms to improve team efficiency and business performance.
• Provide operational support to management and assist with other assigned tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and other office tools.
• Experience in social networking, live streaming, entertainment, gaming, or internet platform industries is preferred.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
