DESCRIPTION:
My client is a B2B SaaS platform that helps businesses simplify and manage legal processes more efficiently. Their mission is to make legal services more accessible, transparent, and scalable by combining technology with deep legal expertise.
They work with international clients and partners, providing modern legal-tech solutions that support business growth across global markets. They value ownership, performance, and clear communication. Their team operates in an international environment, focused on impact, speed, and long-term value creation.
- Prospect and qualify inbound and outbound leads, primarily in international markets.
- Conduct discovery calls, understand customer needs, and schedule product demos.
- Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Track and update lead and opportunity status accurately in the CRM system.
- Meet monthly targets for outreach activities and qualified opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
REQUIREMENTS
- 45 years of experience in SDR / BDR / Sales Executive roles within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Excellent spoken and written English, comfortable working with international clients.
- Proven experience selling to global markets (US, EU, AU, etc.).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- High level of persistence, ownership, and self-management.
- Preferred: Candidates who have studied and/or worked abroad.
