1. Role OverviewYou will act as the bridge between companies in need of talent and our recruitment services. Your primary goal is to identify business opportunities, connect with Hiring Managers/HR Directors, and secure recruitment service agreements.
This role is perfect for those who have a strong professional network and want to monetize their connections.
2. Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation: Identify and target companies currently hiring or planning to scale (Tech, Finance, Manufacturing, etc.).
- Networking: Leverage your existing relationships or LinkedIn network to reach C-level executives, HR Heads, and Founders.
- Sales Outreach: Conduct cold/warm outreach via LinkedIn, Email, or Phone to introduce our recruitment solutions.
- Contract Negotiation: Present our service terms (Contingency/Retained) and push for signed Service Agreements (SA).
- Handover: Once a contract is signed and a job order is received, hand over the requirements to our internal Recruitment Team for sourcing.
3. Requirements- Background: 2+ years of proven experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Recruitment / Headhunting.
- Network: An active network of HR professionals or Business Owners is a massive advantage.
- Skills: Exceptional communication and persuasion skills. Ability to work independently without micro-management.
- Tools: Proficient in LinkedIn and basic CRM tools.
- Mindset: Results-oriented, sales mindset, resilient, and proactive.
