Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Responsibilities include identifying and generating leads, maintaining excellent client relationships, and supporting customer service needs. The role also involves creating sales strategies, and collaborating with the team to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

• Assist in developing new business opportunities and client relationships
• Coordinate meetings, site visits, and presentations with potential clients
• Support proposal preparation, quotations, and contract documentation

Project Coordination

• Act as a coordination point between clients, designers, contractors, and internal teams
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and key milestones
• Support project documentation, approvals, and reporting

Requirements

• 13 years of experience in Business Development, Construction, Interior Design, or related fields
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Basic understanding of office interior / construction / fit-out projects is a strong advantage
