Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hanoi for a Senior Business Development Consultant. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing a robust pipeline through effective lead generation, and providing consultation to clients to understand their needs. Responsibilities include creating tailored business plans, building strong relationships, and driving business growth by aligning the company's solutions with client objectives. The consultant will also present solutions effectively and provide strategic advice to deliver long-term value to clients.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in New Business Development, including the ability to identify and pursue opportunities in target markets.
• Experience and skills in Lead Generation, effectively identifying and connecting with potential clients.
• Proficiency in Consulting and Business Planning to provide strategic advice and develop actionable plans for clients and the company.
• Exceptional Communication skills, enabling effective client interaction, negotiation, and teamwork.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed business development targets and KPIs.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
