2 Positions (1 English-speaking and 1 Chinese-speaking) | Base + Commission

We are looking for 2 Business Development Representative (SDR) - A Growth Hunter to start conversations with F&B merchants and secure qualified appointments for our Consulting Managers.

This is a great role for candidates who enjoy communication, relationship building, and learning how technology businesses grow.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Merchant Outreach
  • Reach out to F&B merchants via WhatsApp, Facebook, LinkedIn and other channels
  • Start conversations and introduce Getz solutions
  • Identify merchants interested in learning more
  1. Appointment Setting
  • Secure qualified appointments for Consulting Managers
  • Confirm meeting schedules and ensure attendance
  1. CRM & Reporting
  • Record outreach activity and merchant notes in HubSpot
  • Track outreach performance and conversion metrics
  1. Pre-Meeting Preparation
  • Collect information from merchants and ensure that Consulting Managers understand merchant needs before meetings
  1. Technology & Process
  • Learn to use CRM tools and AI tools (ChatGPT, automation tools) to improve productivity

REQUIREMENTS

  • Good English/ Chinese communication with F&B merchants
  • Consistent outreach activity
  • High appointment conversion rate
  • Accurate CRM records

WHO MAY DO WELL IN THIS ROLE

  • A Degree in Business Management, E-commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Preferred benchmarks: IELTS 6.5+, TOEIC 800+, or TOEFL iBT 80+.
  • For the Chinese-speaking position: Chinese language proficiency is required (HSK 5 or above preferred).
  • Confident in communicating with business owners and professional partners.
  • Comfortable using social media platforms for professional communication and outreach.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Eager to learn technology and digital business concepts in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome. Experience in Business Development, Sales Support, or Customer Service is an advantage.

WORKING TIME

From Monday - Friday| 8:00 - 17:30 (1h30 lunch break), flexible to work from home every Friday
