About the role
We are looking for aBusiness Development Representative (BDR)to expand our business across English-speaking markets. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and confident in building international client relationships. You will play a key role in identifying opportunities, engaging with decision-makers, and helping shape new partnerships that support the company's global growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research to identify new business opportunities and potential target markets.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through outreach via LinkedIn, email, and networking events.
- Initiate conversations with prospects, understand their business challenges, and identify potential collaboration opportunities.
- Support the sales process by preparing materials, proposals, and coordinating with internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide insights for continuous improvement in outreach strategy.
- Collaborate closely with sales team to align goals and messaging.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Business, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, lead generation, or sales-related roles, preferably in a B2B or IT environment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a professional command of English.
- Experience engaging international clients across regions such as the U.S., Singapore, or Europe is a plus.
- Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is an advantage.
- Fresh graduateswith excellent English communication skills and strong motivation to build a career in international sales are also encouraged to apply
