Job Description

Dayone Software Technology Co., Ltd specializes in developing and implementing enterprise software solutions for management and internal communication. We are seeking a dynamic, tech-savvy Business Development to join our team and play a key role in expanding our market presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential corporate clients in target markets (Singapore, the US, and Australia) through LinkedIn, email, company websites, industry communities, events, and other channels.
  • Conduct initial outreach (connection requests, messages, emails) to introduce our services and create opportunities for further discussion.
  • Collect, update, and manage customer information in the CRM system or internal database.
  • Research target industries and markets, and propose qualified prospect lists.
  • Coordinate with the Sales/Consulting team to hand over interested and qualified leads.
  • Maintain ongoing engagement and build relationships to create long-term business opportunities.

Note: This role focuses on Lead Generation only and is not responsible for negotiation or contract closing.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in Business Development, Lead Generation (with CRM management), or B2B Sales.
  • Experience in researching and reaching out to corporate clients (preferably via LinkedIn and email outreach).
  • Knowledgeable in IT Software Development industry, with basic tech-stacks, is an advantage
  • Good written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Proactive, persistent, and strong in research and customer analysis.
  • Proficient in tools for lead sourcing and data management such as LinkedIn, Google, CRM, Excel, etc.
  • Knowledge of or interest in enterprise software solutions (Internal Chat, CRM, ERP, etc.) is a plus.
