You will be responsible for driving Seneca Polytechnic's global expansion efforts, identifying new market opportunities and establishing strong partnerships across international markets. This role requires an in-depth understanding of international business dynamics and is accountable for navigating diverse cultural landscapes.
Contract Duration: 12 Months
Salary Up to 47,875,000 VND/month
Job Responsibilities:
- Promote Seneca programs and services to prospective students, parents, partner schools, and education agents across Vietnam.
- Communicate clearly about life in Canada, including academic expectations, housing, culture, cost of living, and student supports.
- Deliver presentations, host webinars, attend fairs, and participate in recruitment events (virtual and in-person).
- Provide personalized advising to students on programs, pathways, admission requirements, and application processes.
- Maintain strong relationships with education agents, school counselors, and community partners.
- Use deep understanding of the Canadian education system to guide students toward programs that match their academic and career goals.
- Gather market intelligence and share insights with Seneca's International Recruitment team to support strategy and planning.
- Support prospective students from the first inquiry through admitted student follow-up, improving conversion and yield.
- Collaborate with Seneca's internal teams (marketing, admissions, and global engagement) to ensure market-specific needs are met.
- Represent the Seneca brand professionally and consistently across all recruitment activities.
Qualifications & Experience:
We are looking for a strong, relationship-focused professional with excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to support recruitment growth in the Vietnam market. In addition, we have the following qualifications in mind:
- Bilingual proficiency is required (Vietnamese & English)
- Completed post-secondary education in a related field
- 3+ years in Business Development or in a similar area is preferred
- Strong understanding of the Vietnam international education landscape.
- Experience organizing recruitment events and conversion-focused initiatives.
- Proven track record in managing education agent partnerships.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Strong organizational abilities with capacity to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
- A willingness to travel within Vietnam and for regional international travel, as required, is expected.
