Product Category: Imported products (Mother & Baby, Nutritional Food, Cosmetics)
Job Responsibilities
- Partner Management: Serve as the main point of contact, maintaining and strengthening strong relationships with the companys sales partners and distributors.
- Business Development: Proactively seek, expand, and develop new sales channels, including potential partners, to increase market coverage.
- Sales Growth: Drive sales performance to meet and exceed assigned business targets.
- Import Support: Prepare necessary product documentation for import procedures or specific partner requirements.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular business reports, analyze performance, and propose improvement solutions.
- Team Management: If applicable, manage and lead the business development team to ensure collective achievement of goals.
- Other Tasks: Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience in a similar position, preferably in FMCG distribution or the Mother & Baby industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong partner relationships.
- Sharp business mindset with strong market analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, growth-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
- English communication skills.
