About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to drive growth in the architecture and construction sector. Public relations is central to this roleprofessional, consistent engagement with clients at all management levels is essential to building trust and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities within architecture and construction
• Maintain strong, continuous relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Represent the firm in PR activities, meetings, and industry events
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and competitive bids
• Collaborate with design and management teams on project development
• Manage the client and lead database, ensuring accurate pipeline tracking
• Support marketing and outreach initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field
• 10 years of proven experience in business development, partnerships, or sales
• Background in architecture, construction, or real estate BD is an advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, and public relations skills
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple leads effectively
• Based in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City

Compensation

• Competitive monthly retainers fee + commission
