Business Development Manager

We're hiring: Business Development Manager - HRMS / HCM

Location: Gurugram | Full-time | Field-based

We're looking for a hands-on new-business seller who can own the journey from opening a lead to winning the customer. You will meet prospects in person, run discovery and demos, shape proposals, navigate commercial conversations, and close HRMS opportunities with strong CRM discipline.

What you'll own

• Build and progress a pre-qualified pipeline through target accounts, referrals, partners and outbound research.
• Meet HR, Finance, IT, Operations, Procurement and leadership stakeholders.
• Run discovery, demos, proposals, commercial discussions and procurement follow-up.
• Own signed closure and maintain complete deal records in HubSpot.
• Work with Product and Delivery teams to ensure solution assurance before commitments.
• Ensure a clean post-signature handoff to Delivery and Finance.

What we're looking for

• 5 - 10 years in B2B SaaS sales; HRMS, HCM, payroll or enterprise-workflow software experience is preferred.
• Personal ownership of new-business deals from discovery to contract.
• Confidence meeting and presenting to senior business stakeholders.
• Strong discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation and CRM skills.
• Willingness to work from Gurugram and travel for customer meetings.

• ₹12L fixed compensation
• ₹12L target PLI
• ₹50L annual signed new-ARR target
