Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager in the high tech skincare and healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and maintaining client relationships particularly with doctors and clinic networksdriving sales growth, managing distribution systems, organizing workshops, training teams, and supporting technology transfer. This role demands both strategic vision and handson execution.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Achieve sales growth targets by effectively managing the sales team
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and sustain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners
  • Handle inquiries and resolve complaints to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Negotiate and close contracts to drive business growth

Channel Development & Management

  • Design a professional, KPI transparent sales system
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales force to meet individual and team targets
  • Conduct performance reviews and deliver training to elevate team skills
  • Foster a positive, results oriented work environment
  • Oversee and grow sales channels, including distributors, retail partners, clinics, and physicians
  • Develop strategies to boost channel performance and market coverage

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare and present sales reports, KPIs, and forecasts
  • Analyze sales data to spot trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement

Marketing Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing and external partners to align sales strategies with campaigns
  • Advise on product positioning, pricing strategies, and customer needs

Other

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Project Manager

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of medical sales experiencepreferably in skincare, healthcare, or clinic environmentswith a strong track record of meeting targets
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and sales skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in dermatology clinics, biotech, stem cell or exosome based products
  • Familiarity with organizing workshops and facilitating technology transfer
  • UpToDate knowledge of the exosome skincare and antiaging market trends
