About the job

We are partnering with a fast-growing technology consulting company expanding its presence in Vietnam. The company specializes in Microsoft Cloud solutions, including Microsoft 365, Azure, Cybersecurity, Modern Workplace, AI, and Managed Services.

We are currently hiring for two positions:

  • Business Development Manager
  • Sales (Presales) Engineer

Position 1: Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Identify, prospect, and engage enterprise customers across multiple industries.
  • Build trusted relationships with customers, Microsoft partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Lead commercial discussions, solution positioning, proposal coordination, and contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate closely with Presales and Delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, or IT Solution Sales.
  • Experience selling Microsoft Cloud, Microsoft 365, Azure, Security, or related technology solutions.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Partners, CSPs, System Integrators, or Managed Service Providers is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Professional English communication.

Position 2: Sales (Presales) Engineer

Responsibilitie

  • Support the Sales team during customer engagements by providing technical expertise
  • Conduct customer discovery sessions to understand business and technical requirements
  • Design and present Microsoft-based solutions across Microsoft 365, Azure, Security, Identity, Compliance, Modern Workplace, and AI
  • Deliver product demonstrations, workshops, Proof of Concept (POC), and technical presentations
  • Prepare technical proposals, solution documentation, architecture diagrams, and Statements of Work (SOW)
  • Ensure smooth transition from Sales to Delivery through proper project handover

Qualification

  • Experience in Presales, Solution Consulting, Technical Sales, or Microsoft Cloud Engineering
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, Defender, Purview, Sentinel, and related cloud technologies
  • Microsoft certifications are an advantage
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
  • Professional English communication
