Purpose
The Regional Business Development Manager -Printers, based in Vietnam, is responsible for expanding Brady's printing solutions business across Southeast Asia. The role drives growth through printer placements to both direct customers and channel development, and long-term consumables revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development plans for Brady printers, with emphasis on underpenetrated countries within Southeast Asia.
- Collaborate with country sales managers and sales teams to drive printer-led opportunities across direct end-customers, existing accounts, and channel partners.
- Provide support in customer and channel partner engagements including presentations, product demonstrations, and solution proposals, without undermining existing account ownership.
- Train and coach sales teams and channel partners to strengthen solution-selling capabilities and expand printer adoption.
- Assist country teams in acquiring new customers and expanding coverage in underpenetrated markets across Southeast Asia.
- Partner with marketing and technical support teams to deliver customer campaigns, application notes, and success stories.
- Build strong relationships with channel partner, creating joint business plans to grow the printer business.
- Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time in line with business needs.
Requisite Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in business development, technical sales, or solution selling.
- Proven track record in industrial solutions, preferably printers, labelling, or automation.
- Experience working with regional sales teams and channel partners.
- Strong presentation, training, and customer engagement skills.
- Willingness to travel within Southeast Asia.
