Job Description

  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline within industrial, commercial, hospitality, and infrastructure sectors.
  • Identify, engage, and negotiate with decision-makers and strategic partners.
  • Build business cases focused on energy savings, operational efficiency, and ROI.
  • Collaborate with technical and commercial teams to develop customer solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of business development, sales, or commercial experience in energy, renewables, industrial technology, automation, or related sectors.
  • Strong network within commercial and industrial markets in Vietnam.
  • Experience managing complex B2B sales cycles and solution-based selling.
  • Ability to discuss both technical and commercial aspects of energy projects.
  • Professional Vietnamese and English communication skills.
