JOB PURPOSE
Ready to scale a premier gifting business As our Business Development Manager, you will lead the charge in expanding ARTA's market footprint, visibility, and revenue. We are looking for a strategic closer who can build powerful bridges between our brand and high-profile partners. You will own the business development roadmap, align it with corporate strategy, and fine-tune operational efficiency to convert market opportunities into sustainable, long-term commercial success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Strategic Partnerships & Brand Ecosystem Development
- Forge High-Impact Alliances: Identify, evaluate, and capture high-value strategic partnerships to aggressively expand ARTA's market footprint and unlock new revenue streams.
- Orchestrate Premium Collaborations: Design and execute elite co-branding initiatives, exclusive marketing programs, and high-profile events that amplify brand prestige and market buzz.
- Drive Cross-Functional Synergy: Lead collaboration across specialized departments and business units to execute experiential events that seamlessly convert brand awareness into commercial triumphs.
- Nurture Long-Term Alliances: Cultivate and deeply embed mutually beneficial, sustainable relationships with key industry stakeholders and elite partners.
2. Operational Excellence & Retail Elevation
- Maximize Retail Synergy: Partner closely with Branch Directors and functional heads to optimize sales performance, ensuring branches are fully equipped to capture expansion opportunities.
- Codify Premium Standards: Establish robust, scalable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and champion the flawless execution of commercial campaigns across the retail network.
- Empower Front-Line Ambassadors: Blueprint and deliver elite training and coaching programs that elevate the consulting capabilities of branch front-liners, ensuring every customer interaction mirrors ARTA's premium brand ethos.
3. B2B Market Penetration & Bespoke Corporate Solutions
- Spearhead Channel Expansion: Architect and scale dynamic direct and indirect B2B sales channels to capture untapped market segments.
- Cement Institutional Relationships: Position ARTA as the premier gifting partner for blue-chip corporate clients, government organizations, and major institutional accounts.
- Curate Tailored Solutions: Conceptualize and curate bespoke, high-end corporate gifting portfolios and tailored service models, while engineering agile commercial policies to secure predictable, high-volume B2B revenue.
- Lead High-Stakes Negotiations: Pitch, negotiate, and close deals with premium corporate prospects, while continuously expanding the lifetime value of the existing B2B asset portfolio.
4. Data Intelligence & Forward-Looking Strategy
- Harness Business Analytics: Dissect comprehensive sales data across retail branches and B2B channels to evaluate operational agility and uncover evolving market trends.
- Formulate Growth Strategies: Transform data insights into visionary operational strategies and business development initiatives that sharpen the brand's competitive edge and maximize customer lifetime value.
- Advise the C-Suite: Deliver sharp, metric-driven business reports and forward-looking strategic recommendations directly to the Executive Board and Senior Leadership Team.
5. Agile Contribution
- Champion Growth Initiatives: Execute high-priority strategic assignments as directed by leadership to support the rapid evolution and scaling of the business.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
Experiences
- Proven Growth Track Record: 5–7 years of progressive professional experience in Business Development, Commercial Strategy, or Premium Retail Operations, featuring at least 2 years in a strategic leadership or managerial capacity.
- Channel Architecture & Scaling: Demonstrated success in building, scaling, and managing high-performing B2B corporate channels and premium retail/B2C networks from the ground up.
- Premium Brand Ambassador Cultivation: Hands-on experience designing and executing elite training, coaching, and enablement programs that successfully elevate front-line teams to luxury/premium hospitality and service standards.

- Elite Commercial Acumen: A blend of long-term strategic vision and immediate tactical execution, with a deep understanding of premium consumer psychology and corporate client dynamics.
