Overview:
The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving sales excellence within the retail lending sector. You will provide proactive and personalized financial services to customers, ensuring their needs are met while maintaining high service quality. This role requires a balance of aggressive sales targets with strict adherence to banking regulations and operational reporting.
Responsibilities
Sales Excellence & Customer Service
- Deliver sales excellence by accurately identifying and meeting the needs of retail lending customers through personalized financial solutions.
- Offer proactive financial advice and service to build strong customer relationships and drive mortgage portfolio growth.
Operational Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure the delivery of excellent service quality while strictly complying with all banking regulations and internal policies.
- Assist in the preparation of periodic sales reports and statistics to support management analysis and business planning.
Skills & Experience We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Banking, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of relevant sales experience; experience in Mortgage/Lending is preferred.
- Effective written and alternative communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and build rapport with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
