Job Description

Our client is a leading Asia-based event experience and production company, delivering large-scale corporate events, conferences, and brand experiences across the region. They are seeking a Business Development Manager to expand venue partnerships and drive business growth within Vietnam's hospitality and MICE sectors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and develop new venue partnership opportunities across Vietnam.
  • Build relationships with hotel General Managers, Sales Directors, and MICE/Event decision-makers.
  • Negotiate and secure partnership agreements.
  • Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting through contract closure.
  • Conduct venue visits, presentations, and partnership meetings.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking functions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful partnership activation.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 4–6 years of business development, sales, or partnership experience in Hospitality, MICE, Events, AV, or related industries.
  • Proven track record in acquiring new business and closing deals.
  • Strong network within Vietnam's hotel, hospitality, or MICE industry is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
  • Experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel within Vietnam and across the region for team meetings.
