Our client is a leading Asia-based event experience and production company, delivering large-scale corporate events, conferences, and brand experiences across the region. They are seeking a Business Development Manager to expand venue partnerships and drive business growth within Vietnam's hospitality and MICE sectors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and develop new venue partnership opportunities across Vietnam.
- Build relationships with hotel General Managers, Sales Directors, and MICE/Event decision-makers.
- Negotiate and secure partnership agreements.
- Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting through contract closure.
- Conduct venue visits, presentations, and partnership meetings.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking functions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful partnership activation.
REQUIREMENTS
- 4–6 years of business development, sales, or partnership experience in Hospitality, MICE, Events, AV, or related industries.
- Proven track record in acquiring new business and closing deals.
- Strong network within Vietnam's hotel, hospitality, or MICE industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
- Experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel within Vietnam and across the region for team meetings.
