Job Description

Responsibilities:

Build and expand your sales team through your own professional and personal network
Train, guide, and motivate team members to achieve individual and team sales targets
Organize and conduct client visits to drive business development activities
Support and develop team members to enhance business generation and overall performance
Plan and manage weekly and monthly meetings to review performance and set business goals

Required Candidate Profile:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in Sales, Marketing, Banking, Finance, or Insurance preferred
Candidates with good communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply
