Grow new business

  • Identifyand target potential customers

  • Maintain a strong, active sales pipeline

Sell through solutions

  • Understand customerneeds & pain points
  • Build tailoredlogisticssolutions withrelated teams
  • Prepare and deliver clear, professionalproposals & presentationsthat highlight cost-savings and/orefficiency gains
  • Negotiate competitive rates, service& contract termswhile ensuring profitability

Manage & Growcustomers

  • Build long-term customer relationshipsthrough regular business reviews
  • Upsell & cross-selladditionalservices
  • Monitorcustomersatisfaction &proactively address issues toprevent churn
  • Generate referralsvialeveragingsuccessful partnershipsto expand market reach

Coordinate & Report

  • Leadsmoothonboardnewcustomerand ensure seamless customer experience right from the first shipment
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to provide second-to-none customer experience while ensuring the highest profitability possible
  • Track&monitorkeyperformanceindicators suchasnewon-boardcustomers,profitability, revenue, volume, win rate, etc.on frequent basis

For senior roles (3) - prioritized

  • Minimum 3 years of proven and handson business development experience inlogisticsand freightforwardingsales
  • Possess an existing portfolio of customers with a proventrack recordofmaintaininghigh-value ones and strong relationships who are ready to collaborate and contributeimmediately. Deepexpertisein penetrating,developingand managing customers in Industrial Parks/Zones (IZs) and manufacturing hubs with a strongtrack recordof success will be an advantage.

For Junior role (1)

  • 1 year of experience OR a highpotential fresh graduate
  • Strong desireto drive new customer and business growth in a dynamic commercial environment
